Business Development Manager (Head Office)
Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years previous experience in Business Development in Mining construction sector
  • Able to work extended hours to meet/entertain clients and owners
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication sector
  • Committed to delivering the best possible services to the internal or external client
  • Able to travel regionally at short notice
  • Able to generate and deliver innovative solutions to bring organisations together.

General Manager E&C (Expatriate)
Requirements:


  • Min bachelor degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering from reputable university, preferably in Mechanical experiences
  • Min 15 (fifteen) years professional experience in related field, out of which 5 years in senior managerial position with at least 5 years in a senior position in a construction contracting business
  • Minimum 3 years international experience working with EPC multinational companies
  • Broad knowledge of commercial and industrial construction, engineering and design
  • Professional detailed knowledge of construction in large projects
  • Proven track record in running large remote construction projects.
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill
  • The ability to manage all aspects of business commercially and contractually with clients.
  • The ability to mentor and develop EPM team members
  • Conduct detailed project reviews to ensure projects are on track from a budget and schedule perspective.


General Manager Operations (Expat)
Requirements:


  • Min bachelor degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering from reputable university, preferably in Mechanical experiences.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years experiences in handling Mechanical and Piping, process design and process engineering
  • Strong Leadership
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellence computer skill.

Senior Mechanical Estimator
Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experiences as estimator
  • Strong background in technical aspect of design, calculation, project site supervision, and execution
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Office), MS Project/Primavera
  • May require local & overseas travel for site visits as well as occasional short term assignments to work in other Petrosea offices, partners offices etc.
  • Overtime working will be required from time to time
  • Working in multiple interactions with external departments
  • Familiarity with Cost Estimating process and software
  • Extensive knowledge about construction industry, cost, and pricing
  • Extensive network possession for contractor and vendor is preferable
  • To possess communication skill.


Maintenance Planning Supervisor
Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma Degree with 10 years or Bachelor Degree with 7 years experiences in any major
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as a Maintenance Planner in mining industry
  • Good command in English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Computer skill
  • Familiar with maintenance engineering software
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
  • Willing to be placed in all project locations.
  • Maintenance Superintendent

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma Degree with 10 years or Bachelor Degree with 7 years experiences in maintenance
  • Minimum 5 years leadership roles holding supervisor or superintendent positions
  • Extensive background and experience in maintenance of larger excavator fleets
  • Experience on both Liebherr and Hitachi model excavator
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of planned maintenance and backlog management
  • Good analytical and supervisory skill
  • Good communication in English
  • Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment maintenance
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.

Maintenance Supervisor
Requirements:


  • Minimum diploma degree with 7 years or S1 with 4 years experiences in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 (five) years experiences in Maintenance in mining industry, out of which 3 (three) years in leadership or supervisory role
  • Possess broad knowledge in heavy equipment maintenance management
  • Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties
  • Conducts mechanical work to PTP and OEM maintenance standars to help achieve high mechanical availability
  • Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
  • Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair & maintenance methods
  • Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
  • Good communication skill in English

Mechanical Designer
Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years Diploma in Engineering with min 5 years experiences as a Mechanical/Piping Designer, or Senior High School with min 10 years experiences as a Mechanical/Piping Designer
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD 2010 version or higher, preferably in AutoCAD 3D Plant or PDMS
  • Detailed understanding of the applicable International standards (API, ANSI, ASME, ASTM, JIS, AS)
  • Knowledge of pipe and fittings, valves, and piping specialties
  • Ability to develop isometrics from orthographic drawing
  • Ability to develop pipe routing from plot plan drawing and P&ID drawing.

Procurement Manager (Head Office)
Requirements:


  • Minimum Bachelor degree in any disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of related experiences preferably in Mining, Construction or Oil and Gas Company
  • Able to work under pressure and develop and maintain effective purchasing control mechanism
  • Able to prepare, justify and administer a budget.
  • Able to administer contract management
  • Able to establish policies and procedures and evaluate program effectiveness.

Product Owner
Requirements:


  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Management, Master or Management, Computer Science or Information Technology from reputable University
  • Hold a Certified Product Owner (CSPO) is another strong point and/or SPO (SAFE Product Owner) or PM (Product Manager) preferred experience
  • Experience in Senior or Middle Position/Role as Product Owner at least 4 years with 2+ years of experience in Agile software development approach
  • Represent Business to Development teams, Groom Product backlog, Prioritize Requirements, Create User stories with acceptance criteria, Participate in daily scrum work and maximize Product value
  • Provide Product Requirements and influence Product Roadmaps for Quality Retrospective and Prospective initiatives
  • Work closely with Product Strategy, Operations, Quality Assurance and Development teams to ensure Customer problems are solved
  • Sufficient understanding of technology systems and the ecosystem the team works in to help team in overcoming roadblock
  • Able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Effective team oriented and team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
  • Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management
  • Team-Work Oriented, and able to lead cross-functional work
  • Fluent in English (writing, reading, conversing or communication).

Rigging Foreman
Requirements:


  • Minimum High School degree
  • Minimum 3 years experiences as a Rigging Foreman min. in Plant/Process environment or similar capacity
  • BP Migas certified and AST Basic Rigging certified would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge in various rigging/lifting techniques
  • Proactive safety attitude.

Senior Cost Controller (Head Office)
Requirements:


  • Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Civil Engineering with min 7 years experiences in Project Control
  • Understand and operate project control system such as Dbase, Ms. Access, Ms. Excel, Power Point, and likely knowledge in SAP and PRISM
  • Ability to establish cost control monthly report
  • Ability to operate computer and other office facilities
  • Knowledge of best practices in project administration, procedures, and contract
  • Good analytical and supervisory skill
  • Good communication in English
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.

Senior Electrical Estimator (Head Office)
Requirements:


  • Min. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Min. 5 years working experiences, with minimum 2 years as an estimator. Preferably has experience in material handling, infrastructure, and marine works. May require local & overseas travel for site visits as well as occasional short term assignments to work in other Petrosea offices, partners offices etc.
  • Overtime working will be required from time to time
  • May require acting as a Lead Estimator and/or Bid Manager May require to be rotated as a Project Engineer on site once Petrosea can secure the project.
  • Strong background in technical aspect of project site supervision, technical standard, method of work, calculation, and preferably also in design work
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Office), MS Project, preferably also AutoCAD, Primavera.
